Isoflex brings a new level of performance and reliability to marine and industrial isolation systems. With premium-engineered isolation mounts and innovative gearbox couplings, Isoflex ensures smoother, quieter, and more durable operation for engines and gearboxes. Designed specifically for the demanding environment, products minimize vibrations and wear, enhancing both comfort and longevity.
Polymer vibration reduction technology is used in OEM manufacture, new installations and retrofits: anywhere vibration isolation or minimization is required. Isoflex products serve the commercial marine, pleasure marine, industrial, power generation and mining industries.
Isoflex Isolators and Engine Mounts
The Isoflex isolator mount was designed specifically for marine applications. Our products isolate and minimize engine and machinery vibration and produce maximum load-carrying stability. Isoflex mounts or isolators for industrial applications have identical benefits, the most important being that they contain no rubber components, which suffer from degradation due to oils, fuels and water.
Isoflex’s engineering polymer materials make for a superior product, ensuring long-lasting use and unmatched durability.
Benefits / Features
Isoflex takes the guesswork out of mount selection by being able to provide documented pre-installation vibration isolation models and torque/thrust calculations. We’ll help determine what will work for your application, before it’s even installed.
Isoflex Gearbox Couplings
Isoflex flexible couplings provide a sacrificial link that is designed to fail before gearbox damage occurs. Isoflex couplings assist engine mounts to do their job by allowing controlled engine movement to isolate vibration and helping to mitigate thrust-induced drive line misalignment. They are designed to cover a large percentage of Twin Disc and ZF gearboxes, plus many other gearboxes on the market.
While designed for marine use, these couplings are used in many industrial driveline applications too.
